Yours Truly, Gabby REQUIREMENTS To ensure the best results and a smooth experience, please review the following before your appointment: • Health & Medications: If you’re using any retinoids, Accutane, or have recently had chemical peels or laser treatments, please inform me before booking — waxing may not be safe for sensitive or compromised skin. • Hair Length: Hair must be at least 1/4 inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) for proper removal. Please avoid shaving for at least 2–3 weeks before your wax. • Exfoliation: Gently exfoliate the area 24–48 hours before your appointment to help prevent ingrown hairs and prepare your skin. • Clean Skin: Please arrive with clean, product-free skin in the area being waxed. Avoid lotions, oils, or deodorants on the day of your service. • FEMALE ANATOMY ONLY for Brazilian wax service. • Period Policy: You can still be waxed during your menstrual cycle, but a fresh tampon or menstrual cup is required. Keep in mind that sensitivity may be heightened during this time. • No Children or Extra Guests: For safety and comfort, only the person receiving the service is allowed in the treatment room. Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients and respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask that you follow my cancellation policy: • Cancellations / Reschedules: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives me time to offer the slot to another client. • Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): A 50% fee of the scheduled service total will be charged for late cancellations. • No-Shows: Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Multiple no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future bookings. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, we may need to modify or reschedule your service and a late cancellation fee may apply. • Card on File Required: All bookings require a valid card on file to hold your appointment. Charges are only applied in the event of a cancellation or no-show as outlined above.
